Beonic Limited has notified the ASX of a new director appointment, Michael McConnell, who will assume his role on 1 July 2024. As per the initial director’s interest notice, McConnell currently holds no securities in the company. This announcement is in compliance with listing rule 3.19A.1 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
