Benton Resources Extends Warrant Exercise Period

Benton Resources Inc. has announced a one-year extension on the exercise period for its 5,625,000 outstanding warrants, originally issued during a May 2021 Private Placement Financing, now expiring on May 28, 2025. Warrant holders must present the original certificates to exercise their rights. The company, known for its diversified property portfolio and the high-grade Copper-Gold Great Burnt Project, remains a significant player on the TSX Venture Exchange.
