Benson Hill’s New Soybean Seed Supply and Expansion Deal

Benson Hill ( (BHIL) ) has provided an announcement.

Benson Hill Holdings has entered into a non-exclusive agreement with Archer-Daniels-Midland Company to supply and potentially commercialize its high-protein soybean seeds for the global human and pet food markets. This new arrangement supersedes a prior exclusive agreement, allowing Benson Hill to partner with U.S. soybean growers for production and earn processing fees and sales proceeds from the resulting soy ingredients and seeds. The agreement is set to last until the end of 2028, with the possibility of extension.
