Benjamin Hornigold Ltd. has announced a General Meeting for shareholders to vote on a motion proposed by Keybridge Capital Limited to drastically reduce non-executive directors’ fees from $450,000 to $40,000 annually. The company’s Board is unanimously against this proposal, deeming below-market fees not in the interest of shareholders, and urges a vote against it. Shareholders are encouraged to vote in person on August 12, 2024, in Sydney, or submit their proxy votes by August 10.
