Bendigo & Adelaide Bank Ltd. has announced the appointment of Richard Allan Fennell as a director, effective from 31 August 2024. Fennell holds a significant interest in the company, with 28,044 ordinary shares held directly, and additional interests through vested and unvested shares and rights under various bank plans, including 80,000 ordinary shares held by EMJAEL Pty Ltd as trustee for the Fennell Family Trust. No direct interests in contracts with the bank were reported for the new director.
