Belluscura PLC has successfully raised £300,000 through the issuance of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares at a discounted price, in response to investor interest. The capital raised will be directed towards the company’s working capital needs. Additionally, the company has experienced strong interest in its proposed placing of convertible loan notes, with further updates to be announced shortly.
