Bell Copper Corporation (TSE:BCU) has released an update.

Bell Copper Corporation is set to raise up to $500,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 6,250,000 units at $0.08 each, with proceeds aimed at funding its Big Sandy Porphyry Copper Project and general working capital. Each unit includes a common share and a warrant, which can be exercised at $0.12 per share within a year. The offering may involve insiders, but is exempt from certain formal valuation and minority approval requirements.
