Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. has successfully completed the initial tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $256,950 through the issuance of over 12 million units at $0.021 each. These funds are earmarked for general working capital purposes, with a second tranche expected to close in July 2024. The company is also seeking additional non-dilutive financing options to complement this effort.
