BeijingWest Industries International Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Zheng Jianwei as Executive Director, effective from 13 September 2024, due to his desire to focus on other commitments. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Zheng’s contributions and confirmed no disagreements led to his departure. Following the change, the Board has listed the new composition of its directors and outlined the roles within its various committees.
