BeijingWest Industries International Limited has announced the resignation of two Independent Non-executive Directors, Mr. Tam and Mr. Chan, who are leaving to focus on other commitments, effective 1 July 2024. The company has appointed Mr. Lo and Ms. Peng as their replacements, both bringing a wealth of experience in their respective fields. The new appointments will take effect on the same date, with Mr. Lo also serving as the chairman of the Audit Committee, and both will be subject to the company’s standard directorship terms and compensation.
