Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited has proposed amendments to its articles of association in anticipation of the new Company Law coming into effect on July 1, 2024. These changes are aimed at enhancing the company’s corporate governance structure and will be put to a vote at an upcoming general meeting. The amendments will only be enacted following the approval of this special resolution.
