Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp. has announced the termination of an acting in concert arrangement between major shareholders Mr. Wang and Mr. Chen, dissolving their previous agreement to vote unanimously on company matters. Despite this change, both parties have pledged to honor their original undertakings outlined in the company’s recent prospectus. The company’s board does not foresee this having any material adverse effect on operations.
