Beijing North Star Company has announced that two of its subsidiaries, Capital Convention and North Star GL, have entered into management contracts with Chenxing to operate various facilities in the BSNNEC Phase II Project. These contracts are classified as continuing connected transactions, falling under specific reporting requirements but exempt from shareholder approval due to their percentage ratios.
