Beijing North Star Company Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.02 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with a shareholder approval date of May 16, 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in Hong Kong Dollars at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.100776, equivalent to HKD 0.02202 per share, with the election closing on June 24, 2024. A 10% enterprise income tax will be withheld for non-resident enterprise shareholders.
