Beijing Luzhu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 12, 2024, with a high turnout of shareholders representing approximately 83.23% of total issued shares. During the meeting, all the resolutions, including the approval of the annual report, board reports, and financial plans for the previous and upcoming year, were unanimously passed by the attending shareholders. The AGM also saw the re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company auditors for 2024.
