Ms. Miao brings a wealth of experience from her tenure in corporate management and policy research, having served in significant roles including General Manager and Chairman of Peking University Software Engineering Co., Ltd. The company welcomes Ms. Miao, whose appointment follows established independence criteria and who will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$150,000.
