Beijing Enterprises Proposes New Debt Notes Issuance

Beijing Enterprises Water Group (HK:0371) has released an update.

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited has announced the proposal to issue 2024 Medium-term Notes Series 3, aiming to raise up to RMB1 billion to repay interest-bearing debts. The newly issued notes, which will be available in 3-year and 10-year terms, offer a sell-back option to noteholders in the event of a change of control of the company. Detailed information related to the issuance will be available on the China Money and Shanghai Clearing House websites at the time of release.
