Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.67 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2023, with an update on the payment amount in the alternative currency of RMB and the corresponding exchange rate. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in RMB at the rate of 0.6094521 per share, with the deadline for currency election set for 10 July 2024. The dividend will be payable on 09 August 2024 following shareholder approval on 06 June 2024.
