Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) set for September 30, 2024, to discuss the acquisition of a 40% equity interest in the Target Company. Shareholders must register share transfers by September 24, 2024, to vote at the SGM, as the register will be closed from September 25 to September 30. A circular providing more details on the acquisition and advice from the Independent Board Committee will be sent to shareholders shortly.
