Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. has announced the adjournment of its H Shareholders’ Class Meeting due to insufficient attendance to meet the one-third voting rights requirement. The rescheduled meeting is now set for 5 July 2024 at the same location in Beijing. Shareholders who have already submitted proxy forms need not resubmit, while those who haven’t are advised to do so before the new meeting date.
