Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. has announced that for the end of the financial year on December 31, 2023, a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 3.62 per 10 shares has been declared, which will be paid in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.0965393. Shareholders approved the dividend on June 27, 2024, and the payment date is set for July 31, 2024. The company also noted a 10% withholding tax for non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders, and a 20% tax for mainland investors through the Hong Kong Stock Connect.
