Beijing Capital International Airport Co has entered into a three-year assets leasing agreement with its parent company to lease assets for the D2 Taxiway North Extension Construction (Phase II) Project. This transaction, classified as an acquisition of right-of-use assets, is deemed a connected transaction under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules.
