BeiGene Ltd (HK:6160) has released an update.
BeiGene Ltd. announced the grant of share options and restricted share units (RSUs) under their 2016 Share Option and Incentive Plan to selected grantees on June 28, 2024. One grantee received options for 1,760 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), while 112 grantees were awarded a total of 56,609 RSUs, which is equivalent to about 0.05% of the company’s total issued shares. The options have a ten-year validity with a vesting period and an exercise price set at $151.65 per ADS, higher than the average closing price preceding the grant date.
