BeiGene Ltd. has announced the grant of share options, restricted share units (RSUs), and performance share units (PSUs) to 264 individuals under its 2016 Share Option and Incentive Plan. This significant distribution includes options for over 600,000 ADSs, RSUs for nearly 2.9 million ADSs, and PSUs for around 176,000 ADSs. The company plans to issue new shares to satisfy the exercises and vesting of these granted securities.
