BeiGene Launches Employee Stock Purchase Offering

BeiGene Ltd (HK:6160) has released an update.

BeiGene Ltd. has announced a new offering period for its 2018 Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP), running from September 3, 2024, to February 28, 2025, allowing eligible employees to buy shares at a 15% discount using payroll deductions. As of the end of the enrollment period, 3,605 employees have opted into the program, which does not have performance targets or a clawback mechanism, aligning with the company’s competitive market practices.
