BeiGene Ltd has announced the grant of share options and restricted share units (RSUs) on May 31, 2024, under its 2016 Share Option and Incentive Plan. Two grantees received options to subscribe for a total of 11,180 ADSs, while 95 grantees were awarded 44,625 RSUs. The share options come with a ten-year validity and vesting conditions, with the exercise price set at US$153.50 per ADS.
