The latest announcement is out from BeiGene (BGNE).
BeiGene, Ltd. has appointed Aaron Rosenberg as the new CFO effective July 22, 2024, succeeding Julia Wang, who will transition to a Senior Advisor role until August 2024. Rosenberg brings extensive experience from his previous senior roles at Merck & Co., Inc., including Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer. He holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. and comes with a compensation package that includes a base salary of $620,000, potential annual bonuses, and various equity awards. Meanwhile, Wang’s departure is amicable, involving a separation agreement that includes cash payments and accelerated vesting of equity awards.
