Beeks Financial Cloud Group Plc, a provider of cloud computing for financial markets, has announced the issue of 58,037 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of £0.00125 each, as a result of employee share options being exercised. These shares are expected to start trading on the AIM market around April 26, 2024, and will bring the total issued share capital to 66,485,554 ordinary shares.
