Beacon Minerals Limited has signed a Share Sale Agreement to sell 11.99% of its shares in Maximus Resources Limited to Astral Resources NL, receiving 24,455,924 Astral shares in return. The deal aligns with Beacon’s strategy to focus on expanding its gold operations at the Jaurdi Gold Project. Post-sale, Beacon retains a 7.72% stake in Maximus, with plans to explore future options for this shareholding.
