Beacon Minerals Limited has entered a Share Sale Agreement with Astral Resources NL, selling 11.99% of its stake in Maximus Resources Limited in exchange for Astral shares. This strategic move aligns with Beacon’s focus on expanding its gold operations at the Jaurdi Gold Project. Following this transaction, Beacon will retain a 7.72% interest in Maximus and explore options for its remaining holdings.
