Beacon Lighting Group Ltd (AU:BLX) has released an update.

Beacon Lighting Group Limited has reported a change in the holdings of their director, Ian Robinson, through the issuance of shares under the dividend reinvestment plan. As of March 15, 2024, Robinson acquired an additional 417,857 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares, increasing his total direct and indirect holdings to 125,573,804 shares. The shares were issued at a DRP VWAP of $2.75 each, with no disposal of shares reported.
