Beach Energy Limited reports a 9% increase in revenue to $1,797.6 million for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, despite a significant 219% drop in net profit after tax, plunging to a loss of $(475.3) million. The company also reduced its underlying net profit after tax by 11% to $341.3 million and saw a decrease in net tangible asset backing per security from $1.66 to $1.42. Dividends increased from the previous period, with the total payout to ordinary securities rising to $91.2 million, maintaining fully franked interim and final dividends at 2.0 cents each.
