Banco BBVA Argentina (BBAR) has released an update.
Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. has announced the payment of its third dividend installment of AR$50.64 billion, which translates to AR$247.11 per share, scheduled for July 11, 2024, to shareholders on record as of July 5. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in pesos or as National Treasury Bonds, with specific instructions for both resident and non-resident shareholders provided. The distribution is subject to a 7% tax withholding in compliance with Argentine tax laws.
