Banco BBVA Argentina (BBAR) has released an update.
Banco BBVA Argentina S.A. has announced a significant restructuring of its business divisions, establishing separate Retail Business and Corporate Business Divisions to enhance the development of solutions and distribution channels for individual and corporate clients. The reorganization follows the Board of Directors’ decision, with Adrián Alabaster taking the helm of the Retail Business Division and Hernán Jordan leading the Corporate Business Division. The bank is also recognizing the contributions of Juan Kindt for his service and leadership in Business Development.
