BBMG Corporation has announced a final dividend of RMB 0.025 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023, with an exchange rate set at RMB 1 to HKD 1.09945, resulting in HKD 0.0275 per share for Hong Kong shareholders. The ex-dividend date is June 13, 2024, and the payment date is scheduled for August 5, 2024. Additionally, a withholding tax of 10% for non-resident enterprise shareholders and 20% for Mainland China individual investors through the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be applied.
