Baymount Extends Fundraising to Boost Capital

Cypherpunk Holdings Inc (TSE:HODL) has released an update.

Baymount Incorporated has announced a 30-day extension for its non-brokered private placement financing, aiming to raise up to $100,000 by issuing units priced at $0.01 each. These units include a common share and a warrant, which allows purchasing an additional share at $0.05 within a year. The capital raised will be directed towards working capital and general corporate purposes, pending necessary corporate and regulatory approvals.
