Bayhorse Silver (TSE:BHS) has released an update.
Bayhorse Silver Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise C$640,000 through the issuance of 16 million units at C$0.04 each. The funds are intended for an underground drilling program at the Bayhorse Silver Mine to explore a potential porphyry copper deposit. Each unit consists of a common share and a purchase warrant, exercisable into a common share at C$0.08 for 24 months.
