BauMart Director Ends Tenure with No Securities

Baumart Holdings Ltd (AU:BMH) has released an update.

BauMart Holdings Limited has announced that Mr. Hadi Widayat’s tenure as director concluded on April 30, 2024, as per the latest director’s interest notice submitted to the ASX. The notice, following the requirements of listing rule 3.19A.3, revealed that Mr. Widayat held no registered or beneficial interests in the company’s securities at the time he stepped down.
