Battery X Metals Inc. has announced a plan to raise $1 million through a non-brokered private placement of 10 million units at $0.10 each, with each unit comprising a common share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are intended for general working capital and the offering is set to close on June 21, 2024, pending regulatory approvals. Insiders may participate in this placement which is subject to specific Canadian securities laws and will not be registered under U.S. securities laws.
