Battery X Metals Expands Private Placement Offering

Battery X Metals (TSE:BATX) has released an update.

Battery X Metals Inc. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement financing to $200,000 by offering 2,000,000 units at $0.10 each, which includes a share and a purchase warrant. The additional capital raised is slated for general working capital and settling payables, with the placement expected to close on September 3, 2024, pending regulatory approvals.
