Pathfinder Resources Ltd (AU:BM8) has released an update.
Dr. David Pevcic, a director at Battery Age Minerals Limited, has increased his stake in the company through an on-market purchase of 290,834 ordinary shares at a total value of $34,066.55. Following the acquisition, Dr. Pevcic now holds a total of 3,138,230 ordinary shares and 1,699,133 options in the company. The transaction did not involve any disposal of shares and took place outside of the company’s closed period.
