British American Tobacco (BAT) is reinforcing its commitment to a smokeless future with management team changes, including the appointment of Kingsley Wheaton as Chief Corporate Officer to lead the strategy for a Sustainable Future. The company is emphasizing Tobacco Harm Reduction (THR) and sustainability efforts, with a goal of transitioning to primarily smokeless products and achieving 50% of revenue from smokeless products by 2035. These changes coincide with the launch of ‘The Omni: Forward Thinking for a Smokeless World’, further supporting BAT’s ambition to have 50 million consumers of its smokeless products by 2030.
