Bastion Minerals Ltd has significantly expanded its footprint in Sweden’s Bergslagen district, more than doubling its landholdings for rare earth element (REE) exploration to 279.5 km², becoming the region’s largest REE landowner. The new properties boast high-grade REE and copper targets, with historical data suggesting substantial exploration potential for the clean energy sector. The firm plans to commence field work and advanced exploration activities, aiming to supply critical materials for the burgeoning electric vehicle and clean energy markets.
