Bastion Minerals Ltd (AU:BMO) has released an update.

Bastion Minerals Limited has announced a new standard pro rata securities issue, proposing to issue a maximum of 71,428,572 options and 214,285,714 ordinary fully paid shares with key dates ranging from August 27 to September 23, 2024. The non-renounceable offer aims to expand the company’s financial base and provide investors with an opportunity to increase their holdings in the mining entity.
