Bass Oil Ltd (AU:BAS) has released an update.
At the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Bass Oil Limited, shareholders approved key resolutions with overwhelming support. The adoption of the Remuneration Report, approval of additional 10% placement capacity for shares, and the election and re-election of directors Laura Ann Reed and Hector Mackenzie Gordon were all passed with substantial majority votes.
