Bass Oil Ltd (AU:BAS) has released an update.
In a recent update, Bass Oil Limited disclosed a change in the holdings of director Giustino Guglielmo, who acquired 200,000 fully paid ordinary shares via an on-market purchase. The transaction, valued at $14,600, increased Guglielmo’s total number of ordinary shares to 16,331,523, with no change in his holdings of 5,827,174 listed options exercisable at $0.12 until September 30, 2024.
