Bass Oil Ltd (AU:BAS) has released an update.
Bass Oil Limited is on track to commence the Extended Production Test (EPT) at the Kiwi-1 well, with earthworks nearing completion and well completion operations by Wild Desert Rig 10 slated for mid-July. The successful Kiwi-1 EPT could mark Bass’ entry into the Australian east coast gas market, potentially adding significant value to the company amidst anticipated gas shortages. Bass has also upgraded the potential size of the Kiwi discovery, which shows promising signs for future prospects in the region.
