Base Resources Limited has announced that its shareholders have overwhelmingly voted in favor of a merger with Energy Fuels Inc., with nearly 100% of votes cast in support. The company is now moving forward to seek approval from the Federal Court of Australia and expects the scheme to become effective following a court hearing on September 12, 2024. Key dates for the merger process have been provided, with the final integration slated for October 2, 2024.
