Base Resources Limited is advancing a merger with Energy Fuels to form a global critical minerals business, with key regulatory approvals underway and a shareholder vote proposed for early September. The company’s Kwale Operations met FY24 production targets despite some disruptions, and discussions on the Toliara Project’s fiscal terms with the Madagascar government are progressing towards a binding agreement.
