Base Resources Limited has reported a change in the interests of Director Tim Carstens, who now holds 18,318,798 fully paid ordinary shares following the exercise of vested performance rights and the vesting and exercise of additional performance rights. The changes occurred in conjunction with the company’s scheme of arrangement with Energy Fuels Inc. and resulted in the forfeiture of some performance rights that did not vest.
